i kalled pacnet 2dae.. 2 make sum enquiries abt moi email billin n all.. im quite put off by e long waitin tyme i had 2 wait.. cum on.. its a thu mornin.. pacnet summore.. i haf been doin inbound kalls 4 a while.. i noe dis tymin usualli has no kall volume.. n its pacnet.. dun tell moi everione ish usin pacnet in sg n dey r kallin @ e same tyme.. havin moi wait 4 over 10 mins onli means dat dere ish not enuff pple mannin it.. or sumone ish on aux.. slackin.. not too gd @ all..

aniwae.. aft finalli gettin 2 e customer service representative.. i was quite disappointed.. 1st of all.. e eng din realli make it.. but since i cld understand.. i dun realli care.. wad i din lyke was e lack of product knowledge.. its lyke if u cant handle moi enquiry.. wad more can u do.? in e end.. i was sho pissed off.. i juz asked 4 a copy of moi statement of accounts.. n he was supposed 2 send it 2 moi immediateli.. which i haf not received till now.. diappointed i m.. worried i wld b if dis was a bank instead.. gdness gracious..
